Tianjin Haichang Polar Ocean Park invested and built by Dalian Haichang Tourism Group is now an AAAA-level scenic spot. The project is located in the tourism sector of Xiangluowan in Tianjin Binhai New Area, on the south bank of Haihe River. The park opened on September 30th, 20 10, and consists of five functional areas: Polar Aquarium, Sunshine Sea Tour City, Hotel Apartment, Urban Tourism Avenue and Carnival Peninsula Street.
