1. All returnees must have a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and need to do another nucleic acid test within 48 hours after arrival; Those who do not hold the negative certificate of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours must go to the temporary sampling point of the traffic station for nucleic acid sampling, conduct nucleic acid detection again within 24 hours and report to the village Committee, community or unit where the destination is located. Please don't participate in gathering activities, go to crowded places or take public transportation before the results of nucleic acid test come out, and consciously do a good job in personal health protection.

Two, from high-risk areas or people with a history of living in high-risk areas should take the initiative to declare registration to the village committee, community or unit, and implement epidemic prevention and control measures as required. Don't hide the history of living in high-risk areas and contact with suspicious people to prevent the spread of the epidemic. Take the initiative to remind, persuade and report those who come from or have lived in high-risk areas.

Three, all units, enterprises and institutions should strictly implement the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control, strengthen the management of internal travel of returnees, and urge them to implement the requirements of nucleic acid testing to ensure that no one is missed.

4. If the nucleic acid test is not carried out as required after arrival, a pop-up prompt will appear in Hebei Health Code, which will affect your travel and daily life.

This notice shall come into effect on March 17, 2007. If there is any change, it will be notified separately.
