Why can’t my phone receive text messages from certain numbers?

The mobile phone cannot receive text messages from certain specific numbers. We recommend that you:

1. If it is an official text message from an operator, bank, group purchase, etc., please try to have it resend and check your SIM card status, restart the phone later to receive again.

2. If it is a verification code, it is recommended to change to another location and try to resend and receive it to rule out whether it is caused by network reasons.
