Blockchain scams send text messages for a few days at most.
However, some people with ulterior motives used this new concept to create one digital currency scam after another, which made some investors who didn't know much about blockchain fall into the trap of being cheated in digital currency speculation. First, the "teacher" suffered a single loss, and second, the platform restricted cash withdrawal. These two ways can be said to be the simplest way, but they are also the most direct way, which directly causes serious losses to many people who invest in digital currency, ranging from tens of thousands to millions.
In recent years, the number of false investment platforms has increased abnormally. Since May this year, more and more investors have been harvested leeks, and the situation has become more and more serious. According to statistics, hundreds of millions of people have been cheated.
Please be careful about fraudulent fake platforms!
On July 12, Chen Mou, a resident of a residential area in Hangzhou, was cheated to invest more than 600,000 yuan in digital currency.
After investigation, at the beginning of July this year, Chen Mou met a coin friend with the same investment hobby in the coin circle of a blog, and immediately joined an exchange group under the strong recommendation of the coin friend. There were "teachers" in the group to teach digital currency's investment every day, and claimed that digital currency would come back soon. Coincidentally, the teacher's surname is Chen, and all the money friends in the group call him Lao Chen. Under the daily profit screenshots and induced words in the group, Chen Mou could not resist the temptation, chose to believe, decided to try to participate in the digital currency investment of "aofex", and added the analysis teacher Lao Chen and his assistant. Under the "enthusiasm" of the assistant, open an account in the "aofex" exchange.
On July 20th, Chen Mou invested 654.38 million yuan in "aofex", and bought ETH products under the guidance of analyst Lao Chen that night, and Chen Mou made a profit of 2000 yuan. I am sure that analyst Chen and this platform can make money. Until July 22, under the strong persuasion of analyst Chen, he invested more than 500,000 yuan in "Aofei" three times. On August 3rd, Chen Mou found that the digital currency he bought on the APP plummeted. On August 5, the "teacher" and "assistant" could not be contacted, and the "aofex" exchange also restricted the withdrawal of money. Chen Mou proved that he had been cheated.
These digital currency scams, the mode they use is very similar to the pyramid schemes we often see. As long as you see them preaching some wealth dreams and myths every day, they can lead everyone to make big money, and there are a large group of people preaching such ideas there, then you should be vigilant. You can listen to this routine, but you can't put money in it. 100% is just to cheat your money. Don't think they will take you to get rich! If digital currency was cheated because of careless investment, then by keeping good evidence records and loss details, the financial loss can be recovered through legal channels in time.
