How to cancel Alipay ID number

The first step is to log in to Alipay's personal homepage. Click Help Center and select Self-Service.

Select the logout account application option shown in the figure below.

In the pop-up page, after the countdown is completed, click Agree to continue.

Method/Step 4:

Next is official website's photo shoot. Because I only have a Taobao account, I can't give the final demonstration. New applications can't be registered for less than 30 days, but the process is the same. Please refer carefully. Does not affect the directionality of this operation.

You need to enter a reason for canceling the account. Just tick one item. Click Next.

Method/Step 5:

Enter the payment password and confirm the cancellation.

Method/Step 6:

If the information you submitted is accurate, the following pictures will pop up, and you will be informed by SMS or email later.

Matters needing attention

After cancellation, all relevant information and transaction information cannot be recovered. Please operate with caution.
