Unicom users can log in to Fetion and send 50 short messages to their mobile phone friends every month. If they want to continue sending, they need to exchange Fetion points for short message packages, or buy short message packages in official website.

Ordinary Fetion users can send free messages to 100 recipients at most once, and send paid messages to 50 non-friends or Unicom Telecom. Fetion member users can send free messages to up to 200 recipients at a time, and send paid messages to 50 non-friends or Unicom Telecom.

In addition, Fetion members need to be opened separately, and the fee is 5 yuan/month.
