Can I sign an electronic contract with my mobile phone?

We divide the signing of electronic contracts on mobile phones into two situations. The first is to initiate electronic contracts actively, and the second is to passively accept electronic contracts.

In the first case, take the initiative to initiate an electronic contract. Let's take signing with confidence as an example:

A mobile APP can cooperate with electronic contract signing with confidence, and the two parties can exchange data through the interface, thus completing the deployment of the electronic contract system, and can sign electronic contracts in the mobile APP.

1. Enterprise employees initiate contracts.

(1) The administrator logs into the management background of the electronic signature system, uploads and sets the contract template, signs it, and creates the employee account.

② The employee enters the signature system, adds the name of the signatory and uploads the attachment. Then use the template for online editing. After editing, the system will generate a contract. At this time, the system will bring the signer's relevant information into the contract (the signer's information needs to exist in the address book, otherwise it cannot be brought in). Then the employee signs the contract and sends it over.

③ The electronic signature system sends the contract to the customer, and the customer receives the contract signing reminder (SMS), and enters the H5 signing system (or jumps to the APP) through the SMS link for authentication and signing. After the contract is signed, it is automatically archived, and the administrator can view the contract in the management background (unsigned contracts can also be viewed).

2. The employee starts the contract and the customer modifies the contract.

(1) The administrator logs into the management background of the electronic signature system, uploads and sets the contract template and signature, and creates the employee account.

② Employees enter the contract signing system, add the names of the contractors and generate contracts.

③ The electronic signature system sends the contract to the customer, and the customer receives the contract signing reminder (SMS), and enters the h5 signing system (or jumps to the app) through the SMS link for authentication. After the customer authentication is successful, edit, attach and sign the received contract, and then send the contract to the sponsor for the employee's signature. After the employee signs, the contract is automatically filed, and the administrator can view the contract in the management background (even if the contract is not signed).

In the second case, passively accept electronic contracts, or take signature with confidence as an example:

① After receiving the signing SMS, the most convenient way to sign the contract is to click the SMS link directly.

② Enter the account password to log in, and the login system will automatically complete the first registration. After logging in, click on the contract document to be signed.

(3) into the signature page, click on the signature. If you are a new user, you will be reminded to authenticate.

④ Authentication selection: The current version supports two kinds of authentication: personal authentication and enterprise authentication (selected according to the actual situation).

Personal authentication: two authentication methods are supported: three elements of the whole network and four elements of the bank card.

Enterprise authentication: the first step is to upload the business license and fill in the enterprise information, and the second step is to support two legal person authentication methods: three elements of the whole network and four elements of the bank card.

⑤ After the certification is completed, return to the signing page. After confirming that the contract is correct, you can directly click Sign.

6. After the signature is completed and confirmed, you can click Next. Enter the correct verification code to complete the intent authentication.

⑦ After the contract is signed, users can find the newly signed contract in the contract management. You can view the overall contract signing information through the details in the upper right corner of the contract page.
