How to query the password of mobile service

To query the password of mobile phone service, open the mobile phone China Mobile app and enter the service password on the online customer service page.

1. Open the China mobile APP indicated by the purple arrow, as shown in the figure below.

Secondly, click on mine, as shown in the figure below.

Third, then find the service password, as shown in the figure below.

4. Then enter the mobile phone number and click "Click to get", as shown in the figure below.

5. Copy and fill in the SMS verification code after receiving it, and click Next, as shown in the figure below.

6. Finally enter the original password, click Verify, enter a new password, and click OK, as shown in the figure below.
