How to query historical short messages

You can view the detailed list of SMS and MMS messages in the last six months (including the current month) through the following channels:

1. Log in to the online business hall/click on the phone bill inquiry > phone bill inquiry > detailed bill inquiry > SMS MMS detailed bill;

2. after logging in to China Unicom APP client, click service > query > detailed query > SMS MMS detailed list;

3. Login user China Unicom APPwap. 100 10.com Click Query > Details Query > Details of SMS and MMS.

In addition to the above methods, you can also go directly to the local business hall to inquire about the details of your SMS and MMS.
