If the order has been delivered to the passenger according to the destination address, the passenger can directly lodge a complaint with the system without unilaterally paying the fare and being unable to negotiate.

It is recommended that the owner remind the passengers to click "Confirm Getting on the Bus" after getting on the bus.

How does Didi SF inquire about orders:

After the call is over, before the order is over, check in the "My Order" in the upper right corner to see if there is a driver taking the order.

Closed historical orders can be queried in "Order Management" under the function drop-down menu.
