There is another suggestion: because banks now charge fees for cross-regional business, in order to save money, if you and your parents are not in the same region, it is best to let your parents open an account locally and get a card. They don't charge fees for withdrawing money in the area where the account is opened, but you have to charge a certain percentage of fees for depositing money with a card. If you are in the same province as your parents, I suggest you open an account in CCB, and then open online banking in CCB. You don't need to check the balance through online transfer. The most important thing is that online banking in the province is free of charge.
