Road Traffic Control Notice of the 37th Weifang International Kite Club The 37th Weifang International Kite Club and Ten Thousand People Flying Performance and 16 World Kite Championship will be held soon. According to the requirements of Weifang Municipal People's Government, in order to ensure the orderly, safe and smooth road traffic during the Kite Festival, the traffic police detachment of Weifang Public Security Bureau decided to implement traffic control on the relevant roads involved in the activity.

First, the control time:

The activity will end from 5 am to 29 am on September 26th, 2020.

Second, the control part:

North of Changjiang East Street (inclusive), east of Beihai Road (inclusive) and west of Bohai Road (inclusive). During the period of road traffic control, only vehicles with special passes of the Kite Club are allowed to pass. Other vehicles should take the road to bypass.

Now the free bus operation plan of the car ferry on the opening day of the 37th Kite Festival (September 26th) is announced as follows:

1. Execution time

From 8 am to 5 pm, the running water begins.

2. Run the line

(1) Blue Imagination-Guan Hai Road-Zheng Tong Street-Beihai Road-Kite Flying Field West Parking Lot;

(2) West end of Hai 'an Road Phase II-Kite Flying Field West Parking Lot;

(3) Bohai Road Wisdom South Third Street (Xintai Commercial Street Turntable)-Bohai Road Hai 'an Road Phase II intersection.

3. Vehicle condition

Weifang Public Transport Group operates free bus ferry, and places the sign "Kite Club Free Bus Ferry" on the windshield of the vehicle.

4. Docking position

Bus ferry, free bus, stop at bus stops, traffic control checkpoints, airport parking lots and other sites along the way.

5. Epidemic prevention requirements

When passengers take the bus on the car ferry, they must wear masks all the time, take the initiative to show their health pass code before getting on the bus, and cooperate with temperature measurement. If the temperature exceeds 37.3 degrees, they are not allowed to take the bus.

No parking is allowed on the north and south sides of Shengli Street (Beihai Road to Dongfang Road).

Second, parking areas are allowed.

There are three areas on the north side of Shengli Street: Fuan Lane, Fu You Lane and Fuxiang Street.

The east side of Dongfang Road (the section from Dongfeng Street to Jiankang Street) is designated as a parking area, allowing vehicles to park along the east side of the road.

The auxiliary road on the east side of Beihai Road (Dongfeng Street to Jiankang Street) has a parking area, allowing vehicles to park along the road.

On the day of the drone performance, the citizens who went to the city hall square chose public transportation as much as possible. The general public who ride bicycles and other non-motor vehicles, please park at the designated location, and don't leave them anywhere.

During the drone performance that night, please pay attention to driving safety when driving on the roads around Shengli Street or other drivers who can see the drone performance, obey the traffic police's command and guidance, and it is strictly forbidden to stop or watch slowly.
