What should I do if I am harassed by VoIP?

1. Set the blacklist. For low-end attack software, you can only use the same number or several numbers to call the victim and send harassing text messages. This situation is relatively simple, just add the attacker's number to the blacklist one by one. Take Apple's mobile phone as an example. Open the settings on the desktop, click Phone-Blacklist-Add, and then add the number.

2. Turn on the mode of intercepting strange incoming calls. "Call you to death" usually uses a large number of strange numbers to attack. Today's smart phones, whether Android or IOS, have their own strange call interception mode. Take Xiaomi mobile phone as an example. In the dialing interface, click the Function Options button in the lower left corner, select Harassment Interception, click the Settings button in the upper right corner to enable Harassment Interception, click the arrow to the right of the interception rule, and select Stranger Interception. Turn on the mode of intercepting strange incoming calls, and the incoming calls and short messages that are not stored in the phone address book list will be intercepted, but the existing incoming calls and short messages in the address book will not be affected.

3. Enable the call forwarding function. For non-smart phones that don't have call interception function and can't install app, it is a good choice to turn on call forwarding. Select Always Transfer as the call transfer mode. Fill in the transfer number with empty number or stop number, and never fill in the available number, because this is equivalent to transferring all attacks to the number you set. If you know the attacker's number, you can call the attacker's number, which is called rewarding him.

4. Enable voice mail. After the voice mail is opened, all incoming calls will be transferred to the voice mail, all ringing calls will be connected and charged, and the attacker will have a certain loss of telephone charges, and the calls of relatives and friends will not be missed. All three operators can open voice mail. Take China Mobile as an example, download "and leave a message" in the application market, register the login account, turn on the voice mail function, and set the call transfer to "always transfer" to "+86 12599".
