How did the drop-down notification interface of Huawei mobile phone become a white background?

The method and detailed operation steps are as follows:

1. The first step is to downgrade Huawei's mobile phone to 8.0 system, which requires Huawei's mobile assistant. Turn on the computer, then enter the installed Huawei mobile assistant, as shown in the figure below, and enter the following steps.
