Tips:

You can check the phone bill in the following four ways.

You can dial 10000, and select "Please press1"according to the voice button; After entering the telephone bill inquiry system, please select "Press 1 for telephone bill inquiry, 2 for password modification and 3 for password inquiry" according to the voice buttons; Then press the 1 key to query your phone bill balance and real-time phone bill according to the voice prompt.

2. PHS SMS query

Please edit the short message "lshf Year and Month" and send it to 96333. For example, if you need to check the cost of PHS in March 2006, just edit the short message lshf200603 and send it to 96333. At present, the historical records of the last three months can be provided to inquire about the expenses of the current month. Please edit hf and send it to 96333. Please edit the card and password of Financial Link and send it to 96333 for recharge payment. For example, if you need to check the monthly fee and current balance of the PHS you use, just edit the short message hf and send it to 96333.

3. Individual users download Internet WEB queries.

Log in to the telecom online business hall, enter your phone number and password according to the operation prompts, and you can query the detailed list of the last three months.

4. Multimedia self-service inquiry in business hall
