The meaning of trial schedule

Legal analysis: scheduled court session means that the litigants have filed a case in the court, and the court that filed the case handed over the litigation materials to the judge. During this period, the trial time will be arranged one by one according to the judge's trial situation, which is the scheduled trial time.

Legal basis: Article 122 of the Civil Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). When trying a civil case, the people's court shall notify the parties and other participants in the proceedings three days before the hearing. If the hearing is held in public, the names of the parties, the cause of action, the time and place of the hearing shall be announced.
