If the switch is turned off, the red envelope will not be used during scanning. If the switch is turned on, it may be that the merchant does not support the red envelope deduction for the time being.

2. If you can't use the red envelope to deduct money by using the main scan of China UnionPay Express APP, please check whether the "UnionPay red envelope deduction" option is displayed in the "Preferential Information" on the payment page. If you can choose to use it, if you can't, some merchants may temporarily not support the QR code transaction to deduct the red envelope.

3. When you pay online through UnionPay or adjust China UnionPay Express APP, whether the goods you buy support UnionPay red envelope deduction depends on whether the red envelope payment option appears on the payment page. If it doesn't appear, the product you bought may not be supported. I suggest you replace other goods or use them by other businesses ~
