1. Modify the reserved mobile phone number of debit card:

(1) Pocket Banking: version 7.0 and above, which can be modified by entering my real mobile phone number and SMS verification code through "My → Security Center → Mobile phone number management → Bank reserved mobile phone number → Modify" in the lower right corner of the Pocket Banking page. The modification process needs to verify the ID number, face and mobile phone number registered by my real name. The reserved mobile phone number and the verified mobile phone number must be authenticated by my real name. If the reserved mobile phone number is not used or reserved in our bank, and the version below version 7.0 of our bank has been registered, you can click "Forgot Password" when logging in to Zhang Yin, enter your ID number, and click "Change and Verify Mobile Phone Number" to modify the reserved mobile phone number simultaneously. If it cannot be modified successfully, please bring your valid ID card, bank card and mobile phone to get the verification code, and go to any branch of our bank to handle it.

(2) Counter: Please ask the cardholder to bring his/her valid ID card and bank card, and use his/her mobile phone to receive the verification code and go to any branch of the Bank for processing.

(1) The secondary debit card cannot modify the reserved mobile phone number different from the primary card.
