6. Reservation steps

1. Open the Zhejiang Office APP, switch to Shengzhou City, Shaoxing City, search for the vaccination application, enter the vaccine online reservation platform, and go to the adult vaccine page on the homepage. Click on the HPV vaccine module.

2. The lottery instructions will pop up when entering the interface. Applicants must read the lottery instructions carefully and click I understand.

3. Click on the upper left corner, select the type of vaccine and the lottery activity of the vaccination clinic of Ganlin Town Central Health Center in Shengzhou City. Carefully read the requirements for the outpatient lottery activity. Being able to apply does not mean that you meet the conditions. After confirming that you meet the requirements , click to apply.

4. Check the event details carefully and confirm that you meet the event requirements. Click Apply Now to verify your information. If it is correct, click Confirm Application, which means the application is successful.

5. After the application is successful, the user can see the applied activities in the application list, and can cancel the appointment according to the actual situation.

6. After the lottery is over, the successful SMS will be sent to the user as soon as possible.
