When you start the automatic renewal of Momo members, Momo will deduct money when it expires. If you want to cancel the automatic renewal, you can turn off the automatic renewal in the following ways. Please select the operation according to the actual situation:

1. Enable automatic renewal.

(1) Cancel through Momo client according to the following steps:

Enter the member center through the "Personal" interface.

Click to enter "automatic renewal"

Click the "Close" button to automatically update the membership.

Click "Confirm" in the pop-up dialog box.

Enter your Momo number login password to confirm.

It takes effect the next month after the unsubscribe is completed.

(2) Unicom mobile phone login online business hall, click on the value-added service management can be cancelled;

(3) Telecom mobile phones can log in to the online business hall, and click the value-added service management to cancel.

2. Use Alipay or online banking to open automatic membership renewal.

Log in to your account in Momo official website through "Service and Help" in the upper right corner of the page, and cancel the automatic renewal of membership in "My Account".
