3. Passers-by who have not installed the "My Changzhou" APP can show their health code through their mobile phones, and pass it after being verified or registered by the staff.

4. Minors need to be accompanied by their parents, and each parent can bring two minors into the library. Readers over 60 years old (inclusive) should register in the library with valid ID cards or old-age cards.

5. Readers who are reading in the library should sit alone in the same direction and keep a distance of at least 1 m from others to reduce close communication;

Second, the policy of entering Changzhou Jintan

1. Entry personnel: Centralized isolation for 7 days (Shanghai entry 3+4)+ home health monitoring for 3 days, and nucleic acid detection was conducted on 1, 2, 3, 5, 7 and 10 respectively.

2.7 days of living in high-risk areas: 7 days of centralized isolation and 7 days of nucleic acid detection 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 days.

Persons who have lived in a moderately dangerous area within 3.7 days: they were isolated at home for 7 days, and their nucleic acids were tested on 1, 4 and 7 days respectively.

Persons who have lived in low-risk areas within 7 days: 3 days, 2 inspections. Scope of low-risk areas: counties (cities, districts and banners) where middle-high risk areas are located, and municipalities directly under the Central Government are streets and towns.

5. People who have lived in other areas where local cluster epidemic occurred: according to the relevant policies of the state and the province.

Three, Jintan city traffic epidemic prevention and control measures

1, roads, railways, airports and other traffic stations should strengthen passenger flow guidance, avoid people gathering, carefully check passenger information, and implement requirements such as wearing masks, temperature detection and code inspection.
