First, the basic operation process of data reporting

1. First, log in to www.csh.edu.cn China Student Physical Health Network to register the school information and download the verification file, and then enter the software use process.

2. Use the "National Student Physical Health Standard Data Management System-Data Reporting Software" for data reporting. Basic operation flow: school information setting-test question setting-student data import-automatic grading-data reporting-other auxiliary functions.

3. Log on to www.csh.edu.cn, a student's physical health network in China, and check whether the data is uploaded in real time. After two working days, go to this website to check whether the reported data is qualified.

4. Schools that have been successfully reported and have qualified data can log in to www.csh.edu.cn, a student's physical health network in China, register as an ordinary member of the national database, and query various statistical reports of the school.

Two, the national student physical health standard data management system-data reporting software instructions.

1, school information settings

For the first time to use this software, please select the verification file you registered and downloaded online and fill in all the information, in which the information of the school is determined by the information registered online and cannot be changed; Contact person, postal code and other information must be filled in completely, and ensure the validity of the information.

2, test project settings

According to the requirements of the area where the school is located, the selected test items are divided into grades and men and women. After the test item is set, the test instrument certification number corresponding to the test item must be filled in.

[Notes]

(1) When setting the test project, please write down the corresponding project number and category.

(2) The certification number of testing instruments must be issued by relevant product certification bodies recognized by CNCA. (Please ask the instrument manufacturer for it)

(3) If there is no certification number of the testing instrument, you can fill in the production license number or name of the instrument manufacturer.

(4) If no testing items are selected this year, the corresponding certification number or production license number may be omitted. (5) Required items must be filled in, and optional items can be blank.

3, student data import

Fill in the basic information and test scores of students in the standard EXCEL form, and then import the data into this software.

A) A) There are 20 items (one column, one item, one row) of information and test scores of each student in the Excel table. The order is as follows:

Grade number, class number, class number, student number, ethnic code, name, gender, date of birth, [student source], home address, height, weight, vital capacity, endurance project number, endurance project score, flexible strength project number, flexible strength project score, speed dexterity project number, speed dexterity project score, and reward and punishment project number.

The student number (student ID number) can be filled in freely, which is the only sign of the student in our school. Repetition is not allowed, and students can't change their grades. You can also fill in the student ID number or IC card number.

8 The format of the date of birth is year-month-day, for example: 1987-2- 13. The date of birth must be truthfully filled in, otherwise students or parents will not be able to query the test results in the national database in the future.

9 [Student Source] This item can only be filled in colleges and universities, and the provincial administrative division code of the place where college students enroll should be filled in before enrollment. If the provincial education commission needs to make statistics on the examination scores of freshmen in colleges and universities in this province according to the location of students, please be sure to fill in the municipal administrative division code. 10 Home Address or ID Number Primary and secondary school students should truthfully fill in the home address of students, and college students should fill in the ID number, so that the system can establish health records for students.

C) cell format

Only the date of birth in the Excel table is in the date format, such as 1997-3-4, and other cell formats can be set according to the normal format.

(1) See Table 2 for the item number and result format in the Excel table.

(2) The filled test numbers of all grades should also correspond to the items set in the "Test Item Settings" of the data reporting software of the national student physical health standard data management system, otherwise the data cannot be imported;

(3) 3) All data information in the Excel table must be filled in completely and cannot be empty; Blank lines are not allowed between data lines. When a blank line is encountered, the default is that the data ends here, which makes it impossible to import all the data.

(4) When an endurance event is entered and the result of the event is in minutes and seconds, the symbol of seconds can be omitted. For example, 3' 15 "can only be entered as 3' 15. In addition, when you enter the minute symbol, you can use it in Insert-Special Symbol-Unit Symbol, or you can enter single quotation marks or instead of it on the keyboard. For example, 3' 15 "can be entered as 3' 15.

(5) It is suggested that schools import students' data by grade to avoid a series of problems such as inconsistent data types or computer suspended animation caused by too long import time.

(6) Primary school grade 1-4, there are no endurance events, just leave the columns in the EXCEL table blank, and don't fill in other numbers or set the format.

(7) When a student is exempted from the exam due to illness or disability, his test scores cannot be blank in the EXCEL table and must be filled in. You can fill in the scores that meet the requirements at will according to the logical value of each item, and then fill in the corresponding item number in the column of reward and punishment item number. After importing, the total score of students is 0.

(8) If the scores or basic information of each item are exported to an EXCEL table from other systems, please arrange the data as required, copy and paste them into the data template of this software by column, and do not copy and paste the whole table or multiple columns at the same time, so as to avoid abnormal data import.

(9) Do not change the page name "sheet1"in the lower corner of the EXCEL table; If it is changed, an import exception will occur during data import.

4. Automatic grading

After the data is successfully imported, it can be scored and calculated according to the whole school, grade, class and individual.

5. Data reporting

After scoring, you can click "Submit Data" button, then click "Generate Submit File" button, and then click "Start Upload" after finishing. After the data upload is completed, the system will give a prompt.

[Note]: Report files can only be generated after all students have scored. If the computer is equipped with a firewall, please turn it off first. And ask the network administrator to open the FTP upload port.

The orientation of the national database is mainly: to serve the annual data reporting; Provide data query services for education administrative departments and schools at all levels; Promote students' health.

I. Data reporting requirements for 2007

1, reporting time: September 2007 1 to February1;

2. Grade application: all grades of schools at all levels. The grade and class reported must be the grade and class that the students started on September 1 2007.

3. Submitted data: According to the new national students' physical health standards, the data was tested in September 2007 1 after the school started.

4. Please report the data carefully and truthfully. The data management center will review the reported data after the reporting work is completed. If we find that the data is obviously fraudulent, we will publicize the list of the school on the website to make sure that the application is not completed.

Two. Matters needing attention in data reporting in 2007

1. Reporting software: using the new version of reporting software, you can download it for free from China Student Physical Fitness and Health Network. Schools using intelligent test instruments should download the upgrade patch of intelligent service system or contact the instrument manufacturer for consultation.

2. The school must download the verification file again (the file format is *. Cod), and then use the new software.

3. If your school has successfully reported the data of 2006, you only need to find the re-download verification document of your school in the "List of Schools Successfully Reported" of this website (location: data reporting channel ———————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————— List of schools reported by provinces). If your school successfully declared in 2006, but the school information changes or your school information does not match the information in the list, please contact us to change your school information (contact information: moetiyu@ 126.com) and download the verification document again.

4. If your school has not applied yet, please register your school in the "Online Registration of Application Schools" on this website and download the verification documents.
