Advance repayment process of bank of communications mortgage loan

1. Check the contract: you need to check the mortgage contract and repayment plan signed with Bank of Communications to find out how much loan and interest have been repaid and the current repayment method.

2. Calculation of prepayment fee: According to the contract, if prepayment is required, prepayment fee shall be paid.

3. Pay the prepayment fee: Before prepayment, you need to deposit enough money in the repayment account.

4. Apply for prepayment: Customers need to prepay, and apply to the loan outlets 15 banking days in advance.
