How to turn off Huawei's mobile phone voice broadcast?

Your mobile phone has turned on the on-demand reading/screen reading function.

When the on-demand reading/screen reading function is turned on, as long as you click on the specific content on the screen, such as words or pictures, the system will read it out loud.
