What is the refund process of Tmall?
I. Confirm the refund and return process for receiving and delivering goods:
1. On the top bar of the homepage, click "My Taobao" and "Bought Baby". Find the goods to be refunded and click "Refund/Return" on the page.

(2) The seller has 5 days to agree and reject your refund application. After returning the goods, enter the refund page "Fill in the Return Information".
If you apply for a return. There may be cases where the seller does not agree to return the goods. At this time, you can ask customer service to intervene in the investigation.
(3) Select the courier company that returns the goods and fill in the waybill number. If there is no courier company for your return in the drop-down menu, please choose another one to fill in (you can also choose online logistics return, and the logistics company will receive the goods directly after receiving the system information).
(4) Confirm whether the information is accurate, and then click "Submit Return Information". The seller has 10 days to confirm. If the seller fails to handle it within the time limit, the system will automatically refund it to you. (In the meantime, you can ask Tmall customer service to intervene at any time. )
