First, the detection range

All residents in the area north of South Ring Road, south of Dongfeng Road, west of Zhengyang Road and east of Hanyuan Avenue in the main city; All residents of Surabaya Community and Tom Community in Peicheng Street; All residents of Wenzhou Trade City, Kowloon City Phase I, Lvchun Phase III and Zhugang Village, Zhuzhai Town. Third, the detection position

The arrangement of nucleic acid detection at the sampling point is basically the same as that in the previous period, subject to the notice from the village and community.

Fourth, matters needing attention

1. All sampling personnel should arrange the time properly and reasonably according to the designated time period notified by the village, and conduct nucleic acid sampling at the designated sampling point to complete the inspection.

2. All sampling personnel should wear masks in a standardized manner, take the initiative to show the "Xuzhou Health Treasure", "Su Kang Code" and "Bus Code" of that day, accept the body temperature test, obey the dispatching command of the management personnel, queue up in an orderly manner according to the on-site instructions, keep a reasonable distance of more than 2 meters from others, and do not cut in line, talk or gather.

3. Guide residents to use the appointment registration system to generate QR codes in advance to improve sampling efficiency. If the QR code is not generated, please bring your ID card and scan it directly to register. Without the original ID card, sampling must be accompanied by immediate family members; If you don't have the original ID card and your children or parents are not around, please write down your name, mobile phone number and ID number in advance, and the on-site staff will assist you in entering it.

4. If you have fever, cough and other symptoms, please report to your community and unit in advance, do a good job of personal protection, go to the nearest hospital fever clinic in time, and don't go to the centralized sampling point.

6. The cost of this nucleic acid test should be borne by the government. If no call is received within 24 hours after sampling, the test result is negative and no written report is issued.

8. Provide home nucleic acid testing for the elderly, the disabled, patients and other residents with mobility difficulties.

9. Please take the initiative to participate in residents' activities, and don't spread rumors, beliefs or rumors. Anyone who interferes with or obstructs sample collection and maliciously spreads false pictures, videos and speeches, causing serious social impact, will be strictly investigated for legal responsibility according to law.

10. Please be sure to take part in the nucleic acid test to ensure that no one is left behind. If the nucleic acid test is not carried out in time, which leads to the spread of the epidemic, it is necessary to bear the corresponding legal responsibility.
