Why can't QQ join the group? The group owner cannot receive the application information.

It is possible that the group owner has set administrator permissions, and the specific operation steps are as follows:

1. The group owner logs into qq and double-clicks to open the target group;

2. Then click View/Modify Group Data under Settings;

3. Click Settings at the top, check the option shown in the figure below to add group mode and set the list, and the list of restricted administrators will not receive verification reminder.
