When is the limit for foreign cars in Shenzhen?

Cars with non-deep license plates are restricted during the morning rush hour (7:00~9:00) and the evening rush hour (17:30~ 19:30) on weekdays. The restricted roads are all roads in Futian District, Luohu District, Nanshan District and Yantian District.

The restricted objects are: small and micro passenger cars that are not issued motor vehicle number plates by Shenzhen; Large and medium-sized passenger cars are not restricted, and trucks entering Shenzhen roads should apply for passes according to regulations.

According to the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China

Article 39 and the State Council's Opinions on Strengthening Road Traffic Safety (Guo Fa [2012] No.30) and Guangdong Provincial Communications Department, Public Security Department and Safety Supervision Bureau's Notice on Strengthening the Operation and Management of Passenger Cars from 2 am to 5 am (Guangdong [2016] No.610) are further standardized.

First, every day from 2 am to 5 am, the city's roads are prohibited from operating buses.

Two, the following operating buses are not subject to the above restrictions:

(1) City buses (excluding buses running across prefecture-level cities) and taxis;

(two) to provide shuttle bus service for civil aviation airports, railway (including high-speed rail and light rail) stations, entry and exit ports and other transportation distribution centers.
