1. Log in to official website, the knowledge tree, and check the exam records. If the status of the exam record is still "being tested", it means that the exam is not over yet, and it will take some time to receive the result notice.

2. If the examination record status has been changed to "Completed", but you haven't received the result notice, you can try to find the examination result query entry in official website and the knowledge tree, and enter relevant information to query the examination result.
