2. The bank card is in the state of loss reporting. The bank card has been useless for a long time. At present, the People's Bank of China stipulates that a user can only apply for one card at a bank. If the previous bank card is not used for a long time, it may become "sleep card" and appear abnormal. 4. Personal ID card has expired. 5. Frozen by the court. If the individual is sued and the bank card is frozen by the court, the subsequent unfreezing time will be longer. It is understood that the time limit for judicial freezing of bank accounts is calculated from the second day after the freezing procedures are completed, and the longest freezing time is 6 months.
