In order to do a good job in the prevention and control of the campus epidemic situation after returning to school during the May Day holiday, the relevant matters are urgently notified as follows:

First, do a good job of investigation.

It is necessary to conduct a comprehensive and detailed investigation on the whereabouts of teachers, students, employees and people living with * * * within 14 days, especially those who came from Jiagang community in Zhengdong New District on April 6 and transferred to Kaifeng via Zhengzhou High-speed Railway East Station on April 26, and those whose recently announced case activity tracks overlap with Zhengzhou and Lankao, should be reported immediately.

Second, strictly carry out nucleic acid detection.

All units require teachers and students to return to school with a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate. Within one week after returning to school, organize a full-time nucleic acid test again, and then take samples at a rate of not less than 20%. In counties with epidemic situation, it is necessary to increase the frequency of nucleic acid detection and the proportion of sampling inspection. Teachers, students, staff and people living together have abnormal health and accept community health management. They should report truthfully to the school. Teachers and students should conscientiously implement relevant policy requirements such as centralized isolation and home isolation.

Third, strict personnel flow management.

Teachers, students and parents who return to school from cities without local cases in this province will receive "five days and three inspections". After all the nucleic acid results are negative, you can enter the school only if the school allows it. If you return from a city with local cases in this province, you should carry out at least 7 days of home health examination and at least "three inspections in seven days" according to the requirements of territorial policy. After the health code is green and the nucleic acid results are all negative, you can enter the school with the permission of the school. Teachers, students and parents returning from other provinces and counties where the epidemic occurred in this province should implement centralized isolation and other prevention and control measures in accordance with the requirements of territorial management. Those who are not included in the centralized isolation management should be isolated at home for at least 14 days, and then return to school with a negative nucleic acid test certificate.

Four, strictly enforce the use of campus code.

People who enter the campus should take the initiative to scan the code for inspection, and scan the code to enter, so that every time they enter, they will be scanned, and every time they scan, they will not miss anyone. Security personnel must strictly verify their identity, take their temperature, scan the place code and wear masks before entering. Teachers, students and employees have the same requirements for admission. Irrelevant persons and vehicles outside the school are prohibited from entering the school. If it is really necessary to enter the school, the off-campus personnel and vehicles must apply in advance, and after the consent of the unit leaders, they can check their identities and register before entering.

Five, further strict campus management

It is necessary to close the school gate and control personnel gathering activities. Colleges and boarding schools should strictly implement closed management, and day schools should implement "peer-to-peer" management from home to school, and strictly control cross-county mobility. Workers should minimize the flow, and do not go out, organize or participate in party activities such as dinners unless necessary. Teachers and students insist on wearing masks, washing their hands frequently and implementing personal hygiene protection measures. All units carry out intensive and repeated disinfection of key areas on campus to further improve school environmental sanitation and block the spread of the epidemic.
