The Taobao emoticon package is not downloaded on the mobile phone, so you can add the emoticon package by yourself.

1. Use a computer to open the chat interface of Aliwangwang on Taobao, click to select the emoticon icon.

2. Enter the emoticon page and click to add an emoticon.

3. Find the emoticons you downloaded locally.

4. Double-click to select all, click the Open button, and the emoticon will be added successfully.
