4. Seller confirmation: After submitting the application, the seller will confirm the application within a certain period of time. If the seller agrees to refund, then go to the next step.

5、? Send the goods: according to the seller's requirements, use the courier company to send the goods back to the address specified by the seller. Before sending the goods, it is recommended to take photos or videos of the goods to prevent disputes.

6. Complete the refund: After the seller receives the returned goods and confirms that it is correct, the refund amount will be returned to the consumer's Alipay account.
