Oppo mobile phone new information does not pop up window prompt

1. If your mobile phone is OPPO R9s, anti-harassment mode may be turned on.

2. If your mobile phone is not OPPO R9s, the pop-up prompt may have been turned off:

Go to Settings-Security and Privacy-Notification Center and select Software Shutdown and Start Notification.

3. Software permission setting method:
