3. If the goods meet the conditions of the return rules, the customer service will provide you with the return address and return process of the merchant. If the buyer returns the goods without contacting customer service, and the merchant cannot receive the products, the merchant has the right not to handle them.

4. If the goods meet the conditions of the return rules, and the seller does not provide the return address, the buyer can contact the official customer service in Pinduoduo to intervene. If you don't negotiate cash on delivery with the seller, please contact the logistics company to get the goods back and return them. The freight will be borne by the buyer himself.
