Sending request to SMS platform interface succeeded. Why can't I get the message?

The SMS platform shows that the message has been sent successfully, but many mobile phones can't receive the sent message. What is the reason? This phenomenon is mainly caused by three reasons.

Special case of high-quality species: local mobile and China Unicom restrict network traffic and time, and block content (for example, Hefei Mobile blocked short messages sent by channel 05 15 for a while). Please pay special attention to this. In fact, this is the reason in most cases. Because the sales policies of mobile companies and China Unicom are different, the billing and settlement are very different.

Secondly, if the message is successfully sent in the software interface, it means that the message has been correctly submitted to the switch processing center (China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom and China Netcom) from the software. At this time, the sent messages are queued in the buffer pool of the SMS platform, and then sent to the user's mobile phone one by one through the base station. Because voice and short messages are handled in different ways, when the queue is blocked and busy, sometimes short messages are not received. In another case, when the local base station delivers or closes the station, voice and short messages can't be received at this time. In this case, it is best to wait until the base station is replaced. But in this case, the delivery time is generally not very long, from tens of minutes to several hours or even longer.

The third way: rule out the factors of mobile phone shutdown or extended downtime, and then check whether your mobile phone card will be blocked by operators such as China Mobile or China Unicom, because there is a speed limit for mobile companies to send text messages at present. If more than 100 SMS messages are identified as SMS advertisements within an hour, the number will be blocked. Poor regional signal or mobile phone quality problems can also lead to the failure to receive short messages. Nowadays, many smart phones also have the function of blocking strange short messages.
