Candidates should fill in their volunteers for 30 minutes after logging into the volunteer filling system every time, and should complete their volunteer filling within 30 minutes. If it takes more than 30 minutes, the system will automatically exit. If candidates still need to fill in or modify, they can log in to the voluntary filling system again after 15 minutes.

2. Check the information to ensure accuracy.

When volunteering online, after entering the college code and professional code, the online volunteering system will convert the filled code into the corresponding college name and professional name. To read the prompt information on the screen, carefully check whether the institutions and majors displayed are what you want to fill in; If not, or "invalid college" or "invalid major" appears in red font, it means that the code is wrong and needs to be corrected according to the correct code.

3. Submit the saved information and store it in the system in time.

After filling in each batch of volunteers and checking that the volunteer information is correct, click the "Submit and Save" button to save the volunteer information of this batch. After clicking, the system will say "volunteer information has been submitted and saved successfully", and candidates can also save the current page. After saving it, you can start to fill in other batches of volunteers. Only by clicking the "Submit and Save" button will the volunteer information be saved in the volunteer reporting system; Otherwise, the volunteer information cannot be saved, which is equivalent to not filling in the volunteer.

4. exit the system safely to avoid being tampered with by others.

After filling in all the volunteers that need to be filled in, check the relevant volunteering information and check whether the volunteers are complete and accurate. If there is no problem, click the "Safe Exit" button in the upper right corner of the page to exit the online volunteering system and close the volunteering browser page. In addition, every time you log in to the system to inquire information, or leave the computer halfway, you should also exit safely according to the above procedures to avoid tampering with passwords or wishes.
