You can go to Information → Settings → Confirm whether the number of SMS Center is correct. The number of SMS centers varies by operator and region. It is recommended to consult the operator to find out the exact number change and then try to send a message.

4. Confirm whether the short message is blocked or blocked.

Some spam messages may be intercepted or blocked by mobile phone systems or third parties. You can view it in SMS → Interception Record.
