1。 Please confirm whether it is a dual-card mobile phone. For a two-card one-way mobile phone, one card will be in the "off" state during the call, and it is normal that this "off" SIM card cannot receive short messages, and it can resume receiving after the call;

2. please check whether you have set a blacklist in mobile phone housekeeper > harassment interception. If Block All Strangers is selected, all messages with strange numbers will be blocked and cannot be received. Please check the corresponding settings and try again;

3. Please confirm whether other SMS applications are set as default SMS applications. You can go to phone settings > application management > settings > default application settings, and then check the information to confirm whether to use the system default application. Third-party applications may not receive short messages due to their own problems or compatibility problems;

4. Please check whether there is a third-party housekeeper application that intercepts SMS.
