What does Tim mean?

Tim, whose full name is Telecom Italia Mobile, is the most international holding company of Telecom Italia Group.

Telecom Italia (TIM) is the pioneer of the group's internationalization strategy. By June 2006, TIM had provided 30.4 million mobile phone lines in Italy. TIM is one of the largest mobile operators in Europe, and it is also the leading European operator that provides GSM series services based on a single network.
