3. Franchise outlets are based on cities above the county level. Without the consent of the operation center, no central regional city can hinder the independent establishment and operation of cities above the county level on the grounds of regional jurisdiction.

4. Franchised outlets shall not violate national regulations, laws and policies, and must strictly implement the Regulations on Network Management and Operation of Tong Yuan, conduct business in accordance with the provisions of the YTO Express Network Franchise Agreement, actively cooperate with the operating principles and policies of the Head Office, and unconditionally implement the management of the operation center.

5. Franchise outlets must have software and hardware facilities such as YTO operation, operation, vehicles and personnel.

6. Franchised outlets enjoy the unified management system of YTO trademark use right and related elements, pre-job training, supporting services and IT support.
