The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, the coding rules

By comparing the information of permanent residents in Xinyu with the nucleic acid detection data, the code is yellow in any of the following circumstances:

Ordinary people who have not done nucleic acid testing within 72 hours;

Staff in key industries and places who fail to complete the frequency of nucleic acid detection as required:

1. Staff of designated hospitals, medical staff of fever clinics in general medical institutions, staff of centralized isolation places, and front-line staff of imported cold chain food storage and processing enterprises during the operation period;

2. Staff of key institutions such as express delivery, hotel services, transportation services, supermarkets, farmers' markets, pension institutions, closed places and supervision places, staff of general medical institutions other than fever clinics, staff who are in close contact with tourists such as scenic spots, window ticketing and catering services.

Second, the transcoding rules

1. If the nucleic acid detection is not completed as required, ordinary people will turn into a green code after completing 1 nucleic acid detection;

2. If the staff in the key places have completed the requirements of detection frequency, the result will be negative, and then turn to the green code.

Third, the management rules

1. Counties and districts are responsible for the transcoding management of ordinary people's nucleic acid detection codes;

2. City Digital Investment Company is responsible for the coding and transcoding management of staff in key industries and key places;

3. If the public receives the yellow-coded SMS prompt, they should take nucleic acid samples in time according to the SMS prompt. Residents are requested to check their health codes in time. If they have any objection to the allocation of health codes, they can call the following telephone number. After investigation and verification by the special class, if it is confirmed that it needs to be revised, it shall be revised.
