How does China Mobile cancel the monthly rent by SMS?

If you want to use a mobile card, the monthly rent can't be cancelled. However, if you want to cancel the mobile service package, you can send a short message to 10086, and cancel the package according to the SMS prompt replied by 10086.

Other ways to cancel the mobile subscription:

1. Call 10086 to ask the customer service to cancel the monthly subscription.

2. Log in to the online business hall of China Mobile by mobile phone or computer. Find my account after logging in and modify or cancel the subscription.

3. Bring your ID card to the nearby business hall for cancellation.

Note: All three methods need to know the password of the sim card. If you forget, you can bring your ID card to the business hall to change your password.
