Vaccination materials

Those who are registered abroad in our city need to provide the following materials on site:

1. ID card;

2. Validity period Passport or visa;

3. The original of one of the following materials: air ticket information, admission notice, invitation letter from the unit in the destination country, labor dispatch contract, certification letter from the unit for traveling abroad on official business, etc.

Persons going abroad who are not registered in Jinhua City: In addition to the above materials, they must also bring original documents proving their residence, work, etc. in Jinhua City.

Reservation method

Vaccination by appointment is adopted. The appointment time is 8:00-11:00 and 13:30-17:00 on working days. People going abroad can make an appointment by phone at the vaccination point designated by the county where they have their registered place or place of residence. After the appointment is successful, the vaccinator must submit relevant materials to the vaccination point within the specified service time. The vaccine can only be vaccinated after being verified by the vaccination point as correct. When getting the second shot, you only need to bring your ID card.
