First, add high-risk areas:

4. Areas outside Groups 2 and 8 of Kangjiazhuang Village, Yingqiu Town

Other areas in Changle County are low-risk areas except high-risk areas, and preventive measures such as "personal protection and avoiding gathering" are adopted.
