What should I do if Alipay chooses the wrong enterprise certification?

In the process of authentication, the information filled in is wrong, so you can return it and fill it in again;

1. Open Alipay, log in to Alipay account, click Account Settings-Basic Information-Real Name Authentication-Authentication Now, select regional mainland authentication, and click Authentication Now;

2. Fill in the ID card information and payment password, and click Next for identity verification;

1) If the authentication of identity information fails, the user needs to click Apply for manual authentication and submit a double certificate for Alipay manual authentication (authentication time: 2 days). After approval, you can continue to apply for certification. Please log in to Alipay account again, click on real-name authentication, and jump to the fifth step to verify the bank card.

2) If the prompt identity information has been occupied, complete the operation according to the page prompt:

Answer: It is occupied by other real-name authentication accounts: If the account is your own, just click Continue Authentication; If it is not your own, please click on the complaint and upload a double certificate. Customer service will verify the specific situation and complete the audit within 3 working days. After approval, you can continue to apply for certification;

B: occupied by other authentication accounts: if the occupied account is its own, the account is successfully associated with the occupied account, and the occupied account is the main account; If the occupied account is not your own, you can continue to authenticate the real name of the account and delete the identity information of the occupied account.

Please confirm whether your name and ID number are correct, and then click OK. After confirmation, the identity information cannot be modified; If you click "Don't confirm for the time being" to skip, the page will return to my Alipay homepage, indicating that the user has not passed the authentication.

4. After the identity information is authenticated, you will be prompted whether to upload the ID card picture or not, and choose to skip to continue the authentication: the collection amount is 20,000 yuan/month, and the total payment amount is 50,000 yuan/month; Select upload certificate: unlimited payment amount;

5. If you choose to skip, continue authentication or submit your identity successfully, enter the bank card information verification page, fill in the relevant information of the bank card (supporting banks: any bank card that supports fast payment), click the agreement and confirm after the verification is successful, and the system will send a short message for verification, accept and fill in the verification code to complete the verification; Note: After the identity information is verified successfully, if the account has been bound with the express bank card, please confirm the express bank card information, and the authentication is successful without subsequent steps.

6. If the reserved mobile phones in the bank card are inconsistent and the information verification is unsuccessful, if the card supports payment method verification, click Next to verify the bank card payment (payment time: 1-2 days); If there are other bank cards, you can click Replace Bank Card to verify the bank card; If the page prompts "Your bank card verification failed", you can click "Continue verification" to enter the verification link of payment method.

7. After receiving the payment and inquiring about the payment amount, log in to Alipay account, enter the authentication page, enter the received payment amount, and complete the amount confirmation;

8. If the bank card is verified successfully, you can pass Alipay's real-name authentication. If you click Skip in the above steps, you can only continue to authenticate and click Upload to complete the supplementary transmission of the ID card after upgrading the authentication column on the authentication success page; If there are other accounts that need to be verified, you can click Associate Verify Other Accounts to perform association verification.
