Payment in the status of "the overdue service is not frozen": the counter, the smart counter, the uplink SMS channel (the last four digits of QBJ # contract card number/account number) and the mobile banking handle the overdue payment services of various SMS services (after the account balance is supplemented in the SMS interface of the above channels and paid voluntarily, the overdue status will be cleared in real time, or the account balance can be supplemented until the next deduction is successful).

2. Payment in the status of "frozen overdue service": counter, personal online banking, uplink SMS and smart counter channels (personal online banking only handles payment in the status of "frozen overdue service"), and mobile banking handles all kinds of short message service fees in arrears.
