The head office of Agricultural Bank of China is scheduled to conduct job registration and centralized training for graduates in late July of 20 15. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I on-the-job registration arrangements

1. Personnel scope: 20 15 fresh graduates (including international students) accepted by the Head Office.

2. Registration time: all day on July 20th, 2005 (before 17:00 pm).

3. Check-in location:

(1) Changchun Training College of Agricultural Bank of China.

Personnel scope: graduates accepted by software development centers (including Shanghai and Guangzhou sub-centers).

(2) Agricultural Bank of China Agricultural Bank University Information Technology Training College (Shanghai).

Personnel scope: graduates accepted by the head office (in small languages), financial market department, asset management department, major customer department, custody business department, special asset business department, operation center, data center (including backup testing center), credit card center (including Chongqing and Hefei customer service center), private banking department, bill business department and training institutions in Tianjin, Wuhan and Changchun.

4. Information required for registration:

(1) Domestic fresh graduates: Please bring your ID card, registration card (dispatch card), household registration card (household registration card for Beijing graduates), receipt of household registration book (green, stamped by the school), letter of introduction from party member Party organization (addressed to "Party Committee of China Agricultural Bank Head Office"), graduation certificate (original) and degree certificate (original). And indicate the name, date of birth and signature serial number on the back of the photo and the cover of the paper bag, and the other two are two inches) and two copies of the ID card (the front and back of the ID card are printed on the same page).

(2) Overseas students: Please bring your ID card, academic degree certificate (original), academic degree certificate issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education (original and photocopy), letter of introduction from party member Party Organization (addressed to "Party Committee of China Agricultural Bank Head Office"), two two two-inch color ID card photos with white background (spare) and two copies of ID card (both sides of ID card are printed on the same page).

In the near future, according to the approval progress of relevant departments, the Bank will notify qualified employees of institutions in Beijing in batches to receive the collection materials.

Those who have not obtained the academic degree certification of the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education will not report for the time being.

5. pick up the radio. Graduates who go to Changchun and Shanghai for training, please book tickets in advance according to the centralized registration time, and inform the contact person of the training college to pick up the station five days in advance to arrange the pick-up station. Among them, Shanghai pick-up points and times are: Pudong International Airport, Hongqiao International Airport, Hongqiao high-speed railway station and Shanghai Railway Station; The pick-up time is 10:00 am and 15:30 pm. Please pay attention to the pick-up place and time when booking tickets for graduates going to Shanghai for training (local students in Shanghai can choose the pick-up place nearby and report it uniformly).

6. Precautions. Please check whether the corresponding items (such as name, date of birth and ID number) on your dispatch card, ID card and household registration card are consistent before reporting. The place of birth and native place on the household registration certificate should be specific to the city or district, such as Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province and Chongyang County, Hubei Province. On the certificate of graduate household registration transfer received by Beijing Head Office, the column of "reason" should be "graduate distribution" or related statements, not "recruitment" or blank. The transfer address is: No.69 Jianguomen Inner Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing (Jianguomen Police Station, Dongcheng District, Beijing Public Security Bureau). The transfer address of other institutional accounts shall be subject to the tripartite agreement. If you find any mistakes, please report them to the relevant departments in time and correct them.

Second, centralized training arrangements.

1. Personnel scope: 20 15. Fresh graduates accepted by the Head Office (excluding those who have worked in Beijing Branch for three years).

2. Training time: July 20th to July 3rd1,with a duration of 12 days.

3. Training method: centralized teaching and training, and no leave is allowed during training.

4. Note: Please bring your own paperback books and daily necessities. Men's paperbacks are white shirts, dark pants and dark leather shoes; Ladies are white tops, dark skirts or trousers, and leather shoes.

Third, other precautions

1. Luggage storage problem. During the training period, the training college can provide luggage storage service.

2. About accommodation. During the training period, the Head Office will arrange accommodation in a unified way; After the training, the head office does not provide swing space, so employees are asked to arrange their own accommodation.

3. If you can't attend this training due to special reasons such as not obtaining degree certification, you should inform the contact person of each college in advance.
