Starting from this Tuesday, the leaders will assign personnel and tasks as soon as they receive the tasks. Each group has an average of three people, led by the collection team leader, and the number of households assigned to each group is about 60.

On the first day, we communicated with all debtors by telephone. Of course, during this period, many phones were turned off or connected, and no one answered. Finally, a merchant's phone was connected, but he said he was driving and it was dangerous. So I asked him when it was convenient to call you back. He said afternoon. I said, ok, I'll call you later. Unexpectedly, when he called in the afternoon, it was hacked. The phone beeps, and then it is displayed in the call. This is true whenever you call.

Another merchant made several phone calls before getting through. We explained the situation of his current account to him and told him that if he didn't deal with the seriousness of the matter. It means that we are also trying to help him solve the problem. He has a good attitude, and then shows that he will return it sooner or later anyway, so go back in. But half an hour later, when I called him again, I was hacked again.

I really realize that you can't trust debtors.

After all the phone calls, the next day we checked the home address and company address provided by the credit card at that time.

Of course, many companies closed down a year ago or six months ago. Or the company is still here, but the debtor has long since left. Then the address is messy and difficult to find. The company name and company address are even more inconsistent. Even some addresses were probably filled in at that time. The home address is the same, either you can't find a place to live, or you rent a house and don't live here now. In a word, it is necessary for us to check users address by address and find customers ourselves. In this process, there will be fear at first, especially at night, walking on dark paths and climbing up dilapidated buildings. Fortunately, I have colleagues to accompany me along the way, otherwise I really dare not do it alone.

With our efforts, we went to a company on Thursday and finally met the debtor himself. He currently owes our bank nearly 20,000 yuan, and we also know that it is difficult for him to pay off all his debts at present. So I negotiated with him that we could pay 1500 first to reduce his risk. Give him a rest period to avoid higher and higher interest.

But he said it wasn't even 1500, and then we asked him to go to the bank to communicate with our manager. I also hope that the manager can persuade him to pay back some money first. After all, we are not in charge of collection, and we certainly lack experience. Later he agreed to go back to the bank with us, but said he would go in the afternoon. Affected by the customer's bad faith before, I said that I should either pay 1500 today or go to the bank now. Otherwise, if this matter reaches your leader, it will have a bad influence. So he said, I'll go up and talk to the leader first and see if I can go with you. We thought he was in his company anyway, so we agreed. Soon I saw him coming down from upstairs and said that he could go to the bank with me.

So we set off together. We talked a lot in the car. Only then did I know that he was heavily in debt. Now he has owed money to four banks, companies and many relatives and friends, just to treat his father.

His father got lung cancer and was treated in a hospital in Shanghai for more than a year. So far, he has spent more than 6.5438+0 million yuan. But at present, his condition has not improved, so he can't stay any longer, so he discussed with his mother and planned to give up the treatment for his father.

It's actually quite sad to hear it.
