What should I do if oppo mobile phone desktop SMS is missing?

Troubleshooting of mobile phone system icon disappearing;

1. Check whether the phone is set to guest mode. If yes, please change the owner password and enter the mobile phone to view it.

2. Enter the phone "Settings" Other Settings "System Application Management"; All defaults to all systems (or settings); Application Management Application List displays the system process System Desktop to clear the data to see if it has been restored; "

3. Go to Settings, Security, Application Encryption, Set Password, Select Application, and open Enable Password Verification to see if the hidden desktop icon is turned on;

When you open the hidden desktop icon for the first time, a window will pop up prompting "Set Access Number". Set the 1- 16 digital access number that starts with # and ends with #. After setting, the application will be hidden. Enter the set access number in the dial to view hidden applications.

4. If the above methods can't solve your problem, it is suggested that you back up your data, restore the factory settings of your mobile phone or take the purchase invoice, warranty card and mobile phone to the nearest OPPO customer service center for testing and processing.
